Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garda is recognized as an outstanding kitchen oil, especially when paired with typical dishes from the Lake Garda.

The high quality of this Garda oil, nowadays a niche product, is watched constantly by the quality consortium and a certification on the basis of production rules, one of the most restrictive in all Italy.


Color from green to yellow, light to medium fruity smell, fruity taste with a slightly bitter and spicy aftertaste of almond, acidity of not more than 0.6 grams per 100 grams of oil.


Extra Virgin Olive Oil LE VAI

Olive oil extracted with cold press of olive fruits within 24 hours from harvest.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil LE VAI is unique because it is only obtained from olives of our production, hand-picked in October and November.

The milling within 24 hours from harvest makes it an oil of excellent quality.

The olive groves LE VAI are located in Bardolino, Calmasino and Cavaion Veronese areas.
